Surveillance video released of Anacostia Library shooting
A new video FOX 5 obtained shows the moments a retired D.C. lieutenant shot a special officer after training at the Anacostia Library.
The shooter was sentenced to three years behind bars. However, the victim’s family is fighting for more accountability.
